GB-CHC-202918-MOLA25Oxfam GBHumanitarian needs persist in Moldova in many fronts, as identified in several needs assessments and monitoring done by Oxfam and partners; in order to address some of the needs where Oxfam with its partners could make a significant impact. Oxfam identifies the following Humanitarian Priorities in Moldova: 1. Supporting vulnerable people affected by the war, living in rural areas within Moldova, providing protection and access to basic social services, through our partners. 2. Leaving a positive humanitarian footprint and increased local national humanitarian capacity in Moldova at State and Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) level. Maximising the impact of the human resources and funds available for Ukraine, in the long term, increasing local humanitarian capacity as a cross cutting priority. 3.
